In August 2020, Reznik was the sole young conductor from the LEAD! Foundation Conducting Academy selected to share the podium with eminent Finnish conductors Jukka-Pekka Saraste, Esa-Pekka Salonen, Sakari Oramo, Dalia Stasevska and Klaus Mäkelä. The concert, streamed live worldwide, marked the 90th birthday of illustrious conducting teacher, Jorma Panula, at the Fiskars Summer Festival, Finland.
